City of Omaha officials
refuse to admit that Omaha taxpayers will have to pay to maintain & operate
the unpopular streetcar system, if the bonds don’t sell. We do not see investors lining up in droves
to buy these bonds. War clouds are on
the horizon, & a recession may be imminent.
Of course, the streetcar bonds may make clever conversation piece
