People are angry about high taxes, trillions of
dollars in debt and deficits, excessive government spending, and burdensome
regulations. Nebraska Taxpayers for
Freedom will sponsor its annual Tax Day Tea Party on Saturday, April 23,
from 1 PM to 4 PM at Walnut
Grove Park, 150th & Q Streets, Omaha. The theme is "Taxed to the Max." Keynote speakers include Gov. Pete Ricketts,
Omaha Mayor Jean Stothert, and state and local conservative candidates. Our tea party also will feature patriotic
music, contests, drawings for prizes, a Liberty Tree, tables loaded with
conservative and Tea Party materials, and cookies and bottled water. Bring family, friends, and neighbors!
