According to State Auditor
Mike Foley, the bumbling state welfare dept. has not properly accounted for
millions of dollars of taxpayer money. It
has had this problem for 8 years in a row.
Overpaying welfare recipients & welfare providers, dumping dollars in
the wrong funds, missing money. Not
collecting overpayments. Dept. heads
need to roll. New leadership
