Of all the worthless programs
on which liberal state senators wish to spend our tax $$, the most hilarious is
LB 676, sponsored by Sen. Jen Day. Her
bill would appropriate $1.5 million of our tax $$ annually for the state
welfare dept. to establish a diaper distribution program through
nonprofits. Surprised that Diaper Queen Day

Socialist Sen. Machaela
Cavanaugh is busy introducing more socialist legislation in the
Legislature. Under LB 99, free breakfasts & free lunches to all
NE public school students, regardless of family income. This bill is now in the Education Comm.,
awaiting a public hearing. Tax &
Spend Machaela must believe that taxpayers have bottomless bank accounts to

Political praise to State
Sen. Merv Riepe for introducing LR 23CA: To eliminate the state
inheritance tax if approved by voters at an election. Inheritance taxes are double taxes, taxing
savings already taxed once. This tax
especially hurts NE farmers & ranchers, who sometimes cannot pass along
entire properties to heirs. Lobby your
state senator to help pass LR 23CA out of committee to the Unicameral
