The latest liberal craze in
the Legislature would spend millions of taxpayer $$ on “affordable housing.”
Unbeknownst to most taxpayers, much of this revenue will pay for taxpayer-subsidized
housing. Proponents want to change residential
zoning regulations to allow construction of low-income housing in neighborhoods
where such housing not permitted by current zoning. If taxpayers do not kill these bills, prepare
