over your new property valuation increase, lobby your state senator to pass LB
317, which would give county assessors more leeway on how to set residential,
commercial, or industrial property valuations.
The current Dept. of Revenue restrictions are so tight that assessors in
both urban & rural counties have difficulty conscientiously setting
