The Omaha
library system wants to spend $215 million, mostly taxpayer $$, to expand &
renovate the library system. Before
spending 1c, the Mayor & library board should resolve the raging public
complaint that completing the library summer reading program for children,
teens, & adults required participants to read an LGBTQ$%@ book. Forcing library patrons to read a book to
which they may object is reprehensible. Complain
to your city council member to cut the library budget instead.
