Don Bacon has kept his promise to “cross the aisle” to work with Socialist Democrats.  He is 1 of only 8 Republicans co-sponsoring HR 3648 sponsored by a Socialist Dem that would allow thousands of aliens to obtain lawful permanent resident status, if they have waited at least 2 yrs. for a visa.  Eliminating employment-based country caps would further accelerate the displacement of American tech workers.
