Today is Constitution Day. NE Taxpayers for Freedom hopes every NE citizen
takes a few minutes to read our sacred Constitution bestowed upon us by our
Founding Fathers. These men (and women
who didn’t get credit), having sacrificed greatly in wartime, granted us a
system of laws & government never then practiced anywhere in the
world. It is the responsibility of posterity
to protect this gift. In this election,
we face an unprecedented assault on our Constitution by socialists/communists
in the Democrat Party. As of this date,
we still have the opportunity to use our constitutional right of voting to
elect & re-elect patriotic, conservative candidates on Nov. 3. Do not allow the Socialist Democrats to destroy
our constitutional heritage. And a
special thanks to State Sen. Julie Slama for sponsoring LB 399, a bill to encourage
NE public school students to study our Constitution.
